    First time ordering. Is this normal.

    Ive put a order in on Feb 5th and it was shipped the 9th. Landed and scanned in Ny on Feb 14th. Still their is no scan no movement.Ive put a ticket in with naps and they respond right away and it looks like a waiting game which Is the hard part.All my buddies use naps and they said nothing but...
