I've been trying to up my dose for 2 weeks now. I've finally made it to .5 mg. if i take it during the day it makes me feel lethargic and sometimes sick, especially as I increase the dose. If I take it before bed, it will keep me up all night. Any advice? Should I force the dose up on a schedule?
