How do you know if you should trust an internet source or not for AAS?

If you were to get bulk powder of something like M4OHN would you have to cap it or suspend it in oil? Or could you just measure out the powder and take the amount you want? This may sound like a bad question, but since you just add fillers to caps and caps just hold the compound I don't see why...

I just received my bottle of Lipoderm Ultra and went for my first application, but the pump does not work. Is there anway to fix it? It would be kind of nice if I can do the appropriate dosage, but now it looks like I have to do it by sight. That is pretty annoying for 35 dollars. Anyone know...
