    Need help running Anavar

    I just got done running 4 weeks of 60mg of Winny aday.. I am bow going to take Anavar tabs ( scared of needles)..Should I do 60mg a day as well? Also, what should I take with it? A PCT during or after? What kind? I take- Nac...Magnesium citrate...fish oil..creatine..zinc What else is needed...
