:hmmm: I've been reading lots of forums about creatine. But I came across a creatine named TRAC thats has no sugar. How does that work do you have to use dextrose with it . Its says to take it preworkout. I thought you should take it after a workout.
I just started working got . My goal is to get big . I know you have to eat right and lots of it . My question is what supplements to use . For preworkout and postworkout . I'm 5'10" 180lbs. What kind of proteins and creatines would be a good pick. thanks
