ok guessing its been asked so many times before but im trying this stuff for a month to hopefully see some progress!
i normally take Dymatize Elite whey isolate everyday 2-3 times a day but dont seem to be getting on with it .. tastes nice etc but doesnt do much in the way of help me put on...
hi people im Aaron, am 22 (in january) started weight training to loose weight as i seen it was a good motivator and would benfit me alot and enjoy it just need to be more dedicated :P i get lazy sometimes!
am 6ft 4" weigh 190lb's and umm aint that big really muscle wise! went for a more toned...
hey has anyone actually tried this stuff im newish to the whole weightlifing and building stuff (5 months) all my workouts are free weights :( no gym at the mo unfortunatly but wanted to know if anyone has tried the sportslab stuff
am just needing a lil boost before working out as i work out...
