    Canola for nightime?

    Im full of questions tonight...I have a goodnight shake everynite,I add canola oil,(1 tablespoon),To turn it into a slow release.Is this ok procedure for a pm shake?

    Transporting Creatine..

    I take my creatine with warm water and glutamine powder.Once a day maintenance,twice a day on workouts.Any ideas how i could add a transport such as table sugar or honey?I heard the acid in grape juice does more harm than good?

    I always have my whey with skim milk,Would water be the better way?

    Transporting creatine....

    I realize the dextrose pushes the creatine deep into the system but there are so many opinions on how to do this.I take mine with glutamine(powder)and warm water.If I add honey to it would this help?,orPlain sugar?I have read that grape juice is not the way to go due to the acid.
