You are on TRT so no need to do a PCT.... When you come off your cycle you could just wait your usual 10 days then pin your 200mg TRT dose. After you do your blood test you should try pinning 100mg every 5 days...that should work better for you.

I would think it's too high because you were on a cycle for a long time....just as you were thinking, you should be able to donate and then get on TRT if you want.

You should get the trough test level and that would be 7 days after your last injection and BEFORE your next injection. A better starting would be 50mg every 3.5 days and also HGC. The usual test doses I see are from 70mg up to 250mg per week and I've seen a few guys starting at 300mg per week...

Oh, I've heard to give it 3 weeks for test levels to come down from being on a blast, I think that's when they go directly to TRT dosing....but you stopped completely, so if you wanted accuracy on the TRT dose, I'd want to wait for the level to stabilize. For about $50 you could test your level...

The biggest flaw in your plan is injecting once every two weeks, it really needs to be at least once per week because of test's half life, many guys inject every 3.5 days for more even test levels and less estrogen aromatization. So maybe you can talk you doc into you giving yourself injections...

I don't think you care how accurate it is, you just want to satisfy the doc, so you just need to wait until he will let you do the blood work. As far as accuracy, because of the half life of the test esters I'd wait for 6 weeks after any changes in my TRT protocol for BW and 4 weeks if using gels.
