Well i train every other day i start with bench 205 workout in 4 reps of 4 then
go to decline 215 workout 4 of 4 then incline 160 4 of 4 i also curl 90-100 pounds depends on how tired i am i follow up with stand flat footed and pressing the bar behind my head to fully extended above my shoulders...
