    hello everyone.I have been lifting and for around 2months and cardio 4 months.i want to get ripped.i weigh 167 67in slow at seeing results.Now i have a problem i had gastro bypass last yr. i can not eat 1200cal protein no problem low carb no problem.also any advise on a good routine?

    do to my surgery my diet is pretty good.i havent added up my daily cal intake but it's not over a thousand,my protein is muscle milk i drink around 3x a day 32oz that not including the power bars with no sugar low carbs.i dont eat fried food or junk i have to stay away from sugar food,well i try...
