    I went though and try to make it sound a little better but it broke down like this: Cals: 5416 Fat: 165 Carbs: 678 Protein:304 So that is how i am getting this fitday tracker to work out

    What would be a normal in take of calories and protein? In 1 day i put in 6,000 calories and 370 grams of protein. Now i could have done the tracker wrong but it looks about right to me. So if i could get alittle feed back on this

    I am in the Army and i am doing my long tour overseas. I figured since i was over here i would get in good shape and look good.
