ya i am thinking it is bunk...I have noticed an increase in strength but when i started i also started back on creatine and eating 6-8 meals a day. So its hard to say. Should i try upping the dosage?? thanks for the replies guys.

it says on the bottle to take on an emty stomach, but this isnt really possible during the day. So, when do you all take it???

If you don't mind, could you give an example of what foods/supplements you take in in a day to get 2.5-3g/lb?? Also what do you weigh?? I am trying to eat as much protein as possible with the help of protein powder, and am havign trouble getting over 1-1.5 per day. Let me know your secrets dude.
