Does anyone know what's going on with naps at the mo? I place an order a week ago but they still haven't shipped? Is this normal. They emailed saying the having minor delays issues?

I ordered from the today and chose the express delivery (courier) as I'm based in the UK. Does anyone know how long the courier delivery takes? Their website says 2-4 days but I wonder how long it really takes? Anybody?
