Hi, I'm 5'4 120 lbs. 19 going over to 20 in November. I'm thinking of going for a Whey Protein and twinlab muti with iron.
I do 40 push up every 2 days
100 sit up every every 2 days
i jog up my flight of stairs 11th floor is where i live
5x.
thinking of joining a gym for 300 a yr... ( dunno is...
