i started gymming 3 to 4 years b4...unfortunately my sexual strength is not dat much good... frankly speaking my errection is not dat much hard enough to intercourse.. it comes in my mind dat b4 gym i was okay.. but after gymming and lifting heavy weights... my sexual strenght is decreased...
