Hello im new here and i just posted in the beginer page,Well anyways i wanted to know about 1-AD now is 1 bottle good for 1 cycle.And how much should i take without over doing it?And can i stack it with 6-OXO?

I don't think one bottle is enough. Each bottle contains 60 pills @ 100mg each. You should probably take 300 mg/day and you'll need enough to last 4-6 weeks. This is just my opinion..

The directions on the bottle says to take 100mg-300mg per day for 3-6 weeks, so by rights you could take 200mg per day and still be within the guidelines, but I don't think you'd see as good results as if you up the dosage to 300mg. Don't stack 6-OXO with 1-AD. Save it for use after.

Please read up on this stuff by doing a search here for 1-AD. You are about to ingest some pretty serious chemicals and it would be wise to learn all about them beforehand. There is plenty of information on this site that is easily found with a search. I know because I read every thread that mentioned 1-AD BEFORE I decided to use the product. Good luck.

Do a search for PH sticky, it has some great info and will answer most of your questions.

You don't stack 6-OXO with 1-AD, it's used post cycle to help your body recover and maintain your gains.

Not trying to be a dick but you really need to research PHs and PCT before you do anything. PH's can have halmful side effects if you don't know what you're doing. They are also illegal in US.
