1-Andro Gyno

I have read in numerous places that 1-Andro RX alone can not cause Gyno. Is this true? I am an endurance athlete and spend a lot of time running. I have sore nipples but I want to make sure that it's not from the 1-Andro. It could be from rubbing on my shirt while I run.

Thoughts?
