Glad to see this thread. I always had my suspicions about all those ingredients being in the exact ratios in a little tablet. A long time ago I deduced using prenatal vitamins is probably more reliable since companies are probably less likely to mess with something for unborn babies. The first thing I noticed switching to prenatal vitamins is my nails grew a hell of a lot faster.
