I tried 1.M.R today and I was going good until I noticed behind my leg started itching about half way thru my workout. It started to spread up my leg all the way to my abdomen and to my waist. After getting home I noticed that both my quads, thighs and backside of waist were blotchy like hives. The only thing I can relate it to is the 1mr. No variables have really changed. I wear gym shorts with sweat shirt, so I dont believe that it was something from a bench because its at places that I keep covered. Really weird. I wanted to check to see if anyone else had this problem.
