its a hit or miss thing man, i say order small if u get it then u do, if u dont then tuff cookies. stay away from guys that do the minimum order thing, it shouldnt matter to them if u only order i item such as hcg just to see if u get it, no what i mean.

Yes it is, and no it isn't. Some get caught, some don't, just like in anything (robbing banks, and so on).

If your stuff comes through Chicago, they are supposed to be pretty good at catching shipments. Tabs and vials never seemed very safe to me, thats partially just paranoia.
