Idk about my bf but i'm skinny and cut so i guess 9% or less?
Well i did a complete 6wk cycle of 1T-Tren and loved it.
Before i started i weighed 173lbs and came out with 185lbs with about the same body fat.
My diet was great (IMO) about 5K Cal's about 1g of protein per lbs.
I worked out 6 days a week working out something different everyday.
My strength increased a bit (ex: before i benched 295 and i came out benching 335)
I had no sides except for a REAL tight lower back.
I know i'm missing all kinds of info, just ask if you have anyquestions about it.
and I am now on TRS and keeping my diet up and in about 3 months will begin another cycle but of test e.
Just thought i would post this, for anyone curious on 1T-Tren(first PH I used, reason i chose this (cream) was because of no liver damage).
