NEW MEMBER HERE - here are the stats:
Male
Age:43
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 191 lbs.
Current BF%: 14.6% (lowest was 7.1% three years ago - highest was 20% after an injury/no workouts 2yrs ago)
Years Training: 23
OTC Supplements: Men's Health Multivitamin & 1000-2000mg Vitamin C ed, Creatine Monohydrate (5g/daily)
Calories/day: 2900 off/4000 on
Water consumption: 3 litres/day
Sodium intake: 3000-3500mg/day
Protein intake: 190-200g/day
Sugar intake: less than 100g/day
Training Routing: Hypertrophy training split/each body part hit 1xWk; Cardio steady-state 3-4/wk @ 75% MaxHR - 1/wk HIIT; flexibility/mobility/agility drills thrown in occasionally
First AAS: Summer 2017 (Test P cycle (300-400mg/wk - e3d pins for 8 weeks, clomid 50/50/25/25, nolva 40/40/20/20 for PCT
AAS GOALS FOR NEXT CYCLE: Bulking - 205lbs with 10% BF would be goal stats for 8 weeks out after mypct
Since the last cycle was a 12-week "on" (INCLUDING PCT, which just ended this last Thanksgiving) I'm assuming a 12-week off period should suffice, but QUESTION #1 is would an 8-week off cycle suffice? I have regular bloodwork done (every 3 months) -comprehensive metabolic panel, all looks normal: LH, prolactin, lipids, test, etc. QUESTION #2 is: I have two cycle choices for next bulking cycle. Being my 2nd cycle, I'm a bit concerned/worried about the Deca and the AI. Hence the EXTREMELY low dose in option #1 (125mgs every Monday and Thursday). What option would you recommend?
OPTION#1:
Weeks 1-4 - DBol (the kickstarter, 30mg/ed for only 4 weeks)
Weeks 1-14 -Test E 500mg/wk split with 2 x wk pins (250mg Mon & Thu)
Weeks 1-12 - Deca 250mg/wk split into same 2 x week pins with the Test
AI: Week 1-14 Aromasin 0.5mg eod
PRE-PCT: Weeks 1-4 Liver Detox
Weeks 1-12 Milk Thistle (4tabs/day)
Weeks 8-14 250iu of HCG e3d
PCT: Weeks 16-20 Clomid 50/50/25/25/25
Nolva 40/40/20/20/10
OPTION#2
Weeks 1-4 DBol (30mg/ed)
Weeks 1-14 Test E (300mg every Mon/Thu) for 600/wk
PRE-PCT: Weeks 1-4 Liver Detox
Weeks 8-14 HcG (250iu e3d)

QUESTION #3: Should I take the milk thistle with Option 2 as well?
QUESTION #4: For option #1, is the AI on point? Seen both aromasin and proviron for some cycles.
QUESTION #5: Is the HCG dosage in iu's and weeks correct for either? Skip HCG completely (I see so many mixed opinions w/hcg)?
QUESTION #6: PCT worked for me before - no issues with these dosages. Keep? Change?
QUESTION #7: I've seem a similar cycle to Option 1 posted with good reviews. It also included caber. Is caber a must? Or a 'good-to-have-on-hand-just in case'
QUESTION #7: Who here HAS used deca with POSITIVE results for healing purposes?
QUESTION #8: In a good analogy: If you were in a car accident, HCG is your "seatbelt" (wear it at all times for maximum safety precautions) and serms are essentially the REPAIR SHOP after you were in said accident? I heard that analogy on an AAS forum and kept it around for good use
Only sides I noticed from last cycle of Test P (maxing 600mg/wk) were sore nips. No acne (age, i tan), no sleep disorders, no oily skin. I've used basically any and all supplements back in my younger years (andro for over 3 years, ECA stacks for cutting...Guess what I'm saying is: I *think* I can handle the deca, have always wanted to give that compound a try going back to my 20s, but the reason now is more to do with wanting an increase in red blood cells and joint relief. Have had MINOR joint issues, more just NAGGING injuries (small 1/4" inch tears in labrum and brachioradialis that keep recurring due to my work - I'm a laborer, lifting over 50lbs consistently DAILY). Rest is not an option, unfortunately and other than skipping hammer curls, side laterals and some presses that's all for rest. I can hear it now: "Bro, you gotta rest that sh*t" - my answer: "you gonna pay my mortgage when my boss lays me off?" So, maybe i threw in a bit of TMI...forgive me.
I can go to eroids forums and find one thing regarding hcg. Then go to steroidology and find something COMPLETELY contradicting! Those are just examples of why my options/questions seem...disjointed and confused. An old friend says "Hcg is all you need bro" - from PCT to PRE-pct, as in SKIP the clomid/nolva combo (oy..)! One website said the same thing yet another said it's a useless compound (I'll find that article if anyone's interested)! My ultimate goal: essentially gain 15lbs LBM in 14 weeks, keeping 7-10 of it post-cycle. WHY? I *may* try a Master's competition. I have some fears I'd like to get over (on stage in a thong is one), and this is my therapy. My gym is my Church. Thanks for reading, all positive (non-trolling) comments are appreciated.
