Thanks for any help, Its been 8 weeks since the accident. Trying to avoid surgery I spent a week in Hospital and a week in rehab, within the first week home I decided since I'm going to be spending the next probably 6 months here that I would experiment with my lab rats. ;) So I have been working with CJC-1295 (no DAC)/Ipam 100/100 3-6x a day as well as 60mg - 70mg S4 and 25mg OSTA daily. I also have some GHRP 2 which I may start using during the day and save Ipam for night.

What else should I test out? I've been thinking TB-500, IGF-1 DES (on days I'm in the lab) and PEG-MGF on off days. Throw in Animal Flex and Cissus Quad and Cellfood. Any input would be great, as far as things that would work better that I should add or things I should remove. I will do cardio in AM and weights in PM 4 days a week. TB, IGF, and MGF I have never worked with and would like to know the best ways to, dosage and how/where to administer for best results.

All help is appreciated. My T8 is a mess, the rest are not that bad and my ankel is pretty much healed. I am hoping to continue getting in shape and at the same time hopefully heal my spine so that I can really have a life again. I'm 30 and want to be able to lift again and go offshore fishing, mountain bike riding, ski or snowboarding again. I hopefully can heal well enough on my own, I don't want to have to have surgery.

To B Clear I'm not looking to be spoon fed, I know dosages and timing. I have spent weeks reading pages and pages in fourm after fourm. Its hard to come across anybody who has delt with a fractured back and done any research with helpful answers.
I'm looking foward to some help here.
If any sponsors would like me to log any product and I will show a products helpfulness at rehab. I'm open to suggestions.

I'm going stir crazy stuck @ home not being able to drive, and I have several months ahead of this. I can train and sleep. I just wish I could train heavy, but its a good time to cut n strengthen joints, tendons, and ligaments.
So lets hear some ideas
 
Dont dose your peptides six times per day if you are looking for fracture healing. Six doses per day does have its benefits but it also serves to chronically elevate systemic IGF-1 levels........amongst other things. At any rate, most important to you, the bone healing benefits of peptides have been shown to reverse with high dosing. You need to stay at 3 times per day at around saturation dosing.

So I take it that I should also leave out DES. Is there any need for peg mgf (on off days) or TB-500 at all?
Is there any other supps or research products I should look into? I plan on (beside what I said already) running ALRi Huma Pro, Chained Out/ VPX Power Shock, Chained Reaction/ Genr8 Vertigo. The protein I'm using now is my own mix, my take on NTBM GEAR.
I would like to add some notropics to sharpen my brain. I plan on making bulk powder orders on all supps that I can.
I am thinking of adding PP Andro Drive, and maybe PP Andro Lean.
I would like any input you guys have. I really thought ghrh/ghrp every 3-4hrs would be better than only 3x per day, which shows I could use all the help posible.
Also keep in mind its not just bone fractures but also cartlidge, joints, tendons and muscle. I have to try to keep and build up my core as I heal more and more.
I have most of my mobility, just certain things can tweak it and it just kills. I can't over do it or I will be is this brace for twice as long.
