Well I am new to this forum, I am involved in another currently as well. I have been working out for 3 weeks now. My diet is becoming my life. I am eating 8 meals a day.
Stats: 22yrs old
5'10 height
129 beginning weight 3 weeks ago
141 current weight
bench approx 165??
I am taking whey, creatine, and fish oil caps as supplements.
Goal is to reach 150lbs by mid-may. From there most likely I will want to reach 160-165 by the end of summer. Not sure yet though.
