IS 4-ad anygood to run by its self as i know Other norateen heavyweight 2 and stuff is said to be useless and a waste of money.

But on sites ive seen 4-ad is good ? and norteen heavyweight has 4-AD 70mgs perday in it. is it worth trying ?

zenith, im going to try 4-ad alone also in about a week, will post results. it's 4 derm the spray.

you won't see much in results after a week of 4-ad.

i said im going to try 4ad in about a week. i wouldn't expect to feel it for sometime, maybe 3-4 weeks if at all i'll have to see.

will keep u udpdated zenith, just got my bottles in today. i'm going to try 400 mgs a day, that's with the spray remember. i'm currently running 6-oxo and will be for another week to kick start my system after running m1t for 11 days, which i couldn't bear any longer because of the sides. now im really gun shy of any 1-t products. the 6-oxo did kick back in my system really fast, probably because the cycle was so short. i will be able to tell if 4ad works, i have been a vet of the game for 23 years, no placebo effect here. im not expecting anything dramatic, just a little test boost hopefully.
