welcome friend ... post specific questions in the appropriate forums. all the help you need is right here. :thumb:

Niceguy welcome. I am 44 and at it myself. Take it slow cuz you can strain, pull, rip and screw up you body more easily than when you were 20something. I am sitting out with a pulled bicep. 1 more week ... it took like 6 or 7 freaking weeks ... and I am back at lifting again. Look at the stickies for diet and lifting advice and post spicific questions here. These people are great and will help you all the way.

Just take it slow at first and don't be in a hurry along the way.:thumb:
