No, I just titled the thread that way because of a story I heard on the radio about a guy complaining about taxes being taken from his lottery winnings.
This lottery gave out $400 million bucks, if I'm not mistaken. After taxes? Thirteen bucks. Plus the ticket was sold at a convenience store, right? The winner gets $12.95 and a free soda.
