Hey brothers, I'm new to this forum so I am posting my thread here in the newbie section. I am currently 48 years old, 6'0", 190#, 13% BF and have been training seriously ( 5 days a week) for the past 5 years. In the past I chose to maintain this weight and stay at a relatively fit level. I just recently decided to try to take it to the next level but could not seem to pack on the weight now matter how many calories I consumed. I eat very clean for the most part and have been taking in between 3000 to 3500 calories a day trying to keep my macro-nutrients in balance (40% carbs, 35% protein, and 25% fat). I have low T but my doctor would never help me out no matter how many times I asked. Last blood work showed 220 ng/dl. I researched aas cycles for serveral months and finally pulled the trigger a short time ago and started a test e bdol cycle. I am taking 200 mg test 2xw, 50 mg test prop 2xw, and 40 mg dbol ed along with arimidex at .25 eod. Nolva as PCT along with a taper down of the test. Running a 12 week cycle of test and 6 week cycle of dbol. I preloaded this cycle with 320 mg ed of Andriol TC caps (4 wks). My question is I have been on the dbol for a week now and have not gotten any indication it is working. I know everyone reacts differently to this med but I thought I would at least be experiencing some effects from it by now. I my be expecting results too soon but sure makes me wonder if I got bunk dbol. Anyone have any feedback for me. I really want to break the 210 pound mark then cut after PCT with diet and cardio to drop the BF as close to 10% as I can get it. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
