5/8 inch for delt?

ive read a few places that 5/8 inch syringe would be sufficient for delt area injection i asked for 1inch but guy gave me 5/8inch can i use this?

Unless your fat its totally fine, not much fat in delts usually.

k thnx i just injected and i felt it hit the muscle so im guessing it was fine too

5/8 inch works for me on delts, bi's, and tri's. Going to try pecs this time and stay away from quad shots.
