Was a bodybuilder in Florida the 80's for several years, when supps were legal from a doc. Live in Indiana now.
Been training off and on but decided to see what my 6 foot tall, 52 yo body can do again, no more 435 lb squats for me, just want to stay in good shape...
I started on March 28th I dropped down from 196 to 180 lbs thru 6 day a week cardio and just began to lift again for reps, I travel in sales so it is hard to be consistent, but I will figure out a way even i have to go at 5am in the morning.
