Need help? I am 6'3 and weigh about 200 pounds .. looking to reduce to about 180-175 pounds which i think is an ideal weight for my height. i have already tried ephedera free Hydroxy cut .. but it didn't do much for me except for messing up my appetite. What i am looking for his some kinda supplement that burns away the fat (thermogeneic) but is not like a meal replacement or an appetite suppressant .. Could anyone please help me out with this ..?

Thanks

I like thermogenX by EAS, seems to work good for me. you can get a month supply for about $20.00 so it isn't badly priced.

is it available at GNC? and could you please let me know of the ur personal results? also is it just a theremogeneic or a thermogeneic + appetite suppressant? Are there any side effects to this supplement?

Thanks

I'm sorry I got the name wrong it is ThermoDynamiX.

This is where I get it, I don't buy from GNC because they are high in price then, well, everyone.
My results have been 15 lbs lost on the first bottle. I use a low carb diet with sunday as a day to refeed (allow carb intake). My exercise is cycling 5miles from 1 to 4 times a day, days a week jogging once a week and lifting 5 times a week.
Also I have gained 8 lbs of lean mass so I have lost around 23 lbs of fat. Results this is the only product I have used that has worked for me since the ephedra days. I have also heard Ripped fuel and lipo 6 is good also.
I aslo use whey protein and creatin with this thermogenic.
I have experienced little in the way of side effects. I have low energy when it is time to take another dose and sometimes have problems sleeping if I work out to late.

There may be other suggestions out there and I am also interested in hearing incase my body gets used to this product.
