I have 2 questions:
1) If I take a recommended portion of supplement after the training, what is the percentage of muscle mass that I will gain sticking to this habbit comparing to the non-supplement period ealier. Will I gain 10% more muscle mass this way, 20%? How much approximately?
2) If I start using supplements to the maximum, that is, taking them all the day if needed, what then will my gain be?
