I know this is a stupid question and expect nothing less than a stupid answer
. I did do a search to see if this has been asked or done before and did not find anything.
I am currently taking Creatine Monohydrate with Welch's grape juice immediately after my workout, but believe I might be a non-responder to Creatine. I have done some research and heard some good things about Swole V2 and NO-Xplode.
My question is: What would be the pros/cons to taking Swole V2 twice a day as well as taking NO-Xplode as a pre-workout drink?
