Hey. im 14 i weigh 162lbs im on the football team and was on the wrestling team. Iwork hard 5 days a week Ibench 175 deadlift 400 or a little over but I CANT GET RIPPED ABS. I run alot! 2-3 miles a day. any advice?
I also have a similar issue. For breakfast I eat oats, for lunch I have a low fat sandwich that has protein in the form of Turkey or Chicken and for dinner I have something like chicken and a salad or Veg. I know I do not eat 6 times a day and I understand this is needed. I drink 1.5 litres of water a day. and still I have an extra helping of chubb clinging on for dear life around my waist. I am beginning to think that I have a useless metabolism.
