we have something called panoxyl-10 over here, aka acnegel, supposed to work well for acne, that and vit. b5 is recommended, there is obviously more hardcore stuff to get rid of it but i wouldn't advise going down that route

On my cycle I used acnefree.com (no this isn't spam) Its a generic proactive and it worked great! b/t that and tanning I didn't get any acne on my cycle.

Accutane is a medical drug thats used to treat severe acne so will probably be able to nuke slight/moderate acne. It can cause collitus in the gut if your prone to it, so it too has its sides. For me, just bang a few grams of pantothenic acid (B5) daily, that worked a treat for me when I have the odd outbreak every once in awhile. Up the dose until effective.

i agree bro, ro-accutane is some serious shit, wouldn't recommend it for anything less than very 'serious' acne problems, a bit of on-cycle acne can be avoided by the precautions already mentioned (vit b5 and tanning), acne gels, and keeping the skin clean by washing and exfoliating noon and night

I remember getting a rash of tiny whiteheads across my chest after I had a virus when at uni. The Doc said it would pass anyway, just the rest of the shit from the virus coming out my system, but even he advised B5 and getting out in the sun. He said a tanning bed wouldnt be too bad for a one off to help clear it up but didnt advise them. Anyway, D what you doing nowadays, you on/off, lifting/taking a break?

still lifting hard man, studing/working hard also, found a pretty nice balance between it all, although its running me down a fair bit, i'll probably ease up a little over easter (still lift, but not quite as insanely as i am at the moment) then once i'm back to uni i might run a mild cycle to get a bit of size on me for the summer, but i'm not sure if it will be worth the costs, theres like about 20 reasons running through my head both for and against running another cycle, really split right now, one min its hot the next its not, i guess i'll wait and see how i feel after easter

Ive got just under 4 months till I go to Malia, so am trying to slap on some more size before then and diet for abit to bring the old guts up to scratch. Then on with the pesting and rattling! Im not there yet for the gear, still think there's still some natural fuel left to push me alittle further etc, but I imagine its getting closer. They say to start out at 10grams a day. The pills I was looking at were only 500mg. I dont think im supposed to be taking 20 a day? If someone knows of a good place to get b5 at for a high dose please let me know. Thanks.

I think you should try Arimidex... If your acne is due to taking testosterone and the testosterone is causing high estrogen, and the high estrogen is causing the acne, this might clear it up, and... no side effects. I disagree that Accutane is so bad. If you can get it, I think it will clear up your acne. It is very good for the skin, but it does have side effects if you use too much, and I would say young girls that might be pregnant or might get pregnant should not use it. Look up Accutane on the internet, it is worth for you to learn more about it. Here is one:

The tablets of B5 i take are only 500mg each. I only take 3 grams a day, two in the morning, two at lunch, then two at night. Apparently mine are time released over 8 hours. That wasn't a special thing I was looking for either, just was the case when i bought the stuff. That low dose seems to have sorted me out. Go to www.bulkpowders.com, they do powered versions that are cheaper. You may need to get a cap kit to make your only tabs though as dissolving some of that shit in a drink I thought was rancid.

Keep on reading. The active ingredient in Accutane is a variation of
Vitamin A, and Vitamin A is known to dry your skin in overdoses, so
I think this is what Accutane does.

As with many medicines that have a "bad reputation" for side effects, it is
all a matter of getting a good dose of a good medicine, and not an overdose
of a good medicine.
