acne on the shoulders?

why does acne seem to form on the shoulders every cycle i do and what can be done to cure it?

i get it post cycle....
i use a benzoyl peroxide soap....
it helps a lot

hormones fluctuating is the reason it happens...i think

i'll try it, i use silacilic acid noxzema foam soap spelling maybe off, but anyway it its not working, i only get 1 or 2 zits a month on the face so thats good, thanks

i have heard good things about panthotenic acid(vitamin b-5)... not sure of the doses though

the sacillyc acid never did me good on zits...try the benzoyl
