How's it going everybody?
I'm 6'10" and have lifted weights for sports my entire adult life. Mainly for basketball if you haven't already guessed.
I've struggled to keep mass on my whole life. I've been up to 250lb. Averaged 235lbs for the past 2 years, but am down to 225 currently with about 13% BF.
My goal is to be 235 with 8% BF or less.
I know I have to eat more and cleaner, but I was curious if there was a safe supplement and easy meal plan people would recommend for me.
Any advice is appreciated!
