I don't mean to piss all over your party there but this
http://www.ag-guys.com/ web site is a joke, first it asks me to agree to something that is in flash format (which I don't have installed) so I'm being asked to agree to a missing plugin (no loophole there!). Then on the disagree explanation it's quoting a law "Internet Privacy Act" of 1995 which doesn't exist. There is no internet privacy act in 1995. That disclaimer has been used by thousands of websites for years now, it was a joke that people took seriously and copied.
"Though the confusing verbiage smacks of legalese, the disclaimer is legally meaningless. There is no 'Internet Privacy Act.'"
-Bruce Lehman, a lawyer who worked on Internet copyright law for the Clinton administration.
It's completely unprofessionally done and flat out lies to you in the process. It really looks like it's something a child did while trying to look professional made a complete moron out of himself.
If you believed that disclaimer you are violating the Internet Idiocy act of 1996 signed by Captain Planet.
