all these supplements are so confusing for a newb like me,i had no idea it went further then protien shakes :help:
 
There are a lot of them out there. Just pay attention and you will learn what they do. :)
 
...and dont break the bank buying every single one!!!

Be sure you have a solid diet in order too before experimenting with supplements.

Right! And since the chap is only 14 years old, he really needs to concentrate on eating real food for now. :)
 
When I was 14 I was ignorant to diet unfortunately, I had the occasional protein shake and sometimes made sure to get it in, but my diet was a MESS.
 
supplement is exactly what it is:a supplement to a good DIET! You must have ur diet lined up and a good training regimen before u try suplements.
 
Supplements are not magical thats for sure, it wont fix whats broken, but if things are together it may provide benefit.
 
You came to the right place for advice. At 14 all you need if food and protein to help build up your muscles after workouts. You have plenty of time, read up alot on any supplement you have a question on. Then do a search on the boards for it and ask questions. This way you will save tons of money from not buying any hype/fly by night products. The fellas will give you straight up advice here! Good luck!
