I thought I'd make an appearance after having followed the forums for some time now. At 5'5'' and 180lbs I primarily power lift however in the last year I've made a transition into bodybuilding. I try to keep myself well educated about what it is that I'm doing to my body so I'll try never to post ridiculous threads like some that I've already come across.

5' 5" 180lbs. Pretty big. What does your program look like?

Fortunately I educated myself prior to beginning a weightlifting program so from day one I've eaten a strict diet and trained smart. With that said, I try not to spend more than 5 hours a week in the gym and I perform a pretty standard (old school) push-pull split. One day a week will be a heavy day for that particular muscle group and I rotate so that each muscle group gets one heavy day per month. I have a genetic disposition at 5'5'' but with Franco Colombo as a role model, I train like an animal. I guess that's everything minus a few specifics.
