Has anyone tried this product they're for enhancing strength and muscle. I went to GNC yesterday and the guy told me they are one step under steriods but are safe and legal.

I'm don't know that much about all these stuff but I hope it doesn't have any side effects. I've been currently lifting for 3 years now and just need something to really make my mucle peek. I really don't want to use anything too strong because I'm not a serious body builder but just want something to improve.

Any help is appreciated.

Taking a supplement isn't going to make your muscles peak.

If you dont consider yourself a serious bodybuilder, then all you need to do is fix up the diet a bit. That should give you improved results always. Any weight gained via a supplement wont stay without the correct caloric intake.

I'm screwed because I want to get as strong as possible with leaning out as much as possible to be the fastest i can be by July 4th. A good looking body wont hurt either.

I'm not a serious body builder but I'm trying to make my arms and chest as big as possible by the end of May and then in June I will cut as much as I can.
