Has anyone tried these free form amino acid and vitamin supplements? I've taken them in the past and they seemed to make difference. I was thinking of taking them again. However the timing when taking them is critical, according to the manufacturer. For example, many of the aminos need to be taken on an empty stomach, between meals. Some before bed, some before workouts, some after workouts. It just seems rather high maintenance, to be on such a detailed schedule for consumption.
