Im starting my second cycle of anavar today and have some questions about diet and dosage for my intended goal.
30yr old male

Chest 42'

Have done 2 cycles of test e and used anavar once. Haven't touched anything anabolic in over a year.
Bench 295 5 reps
Military press 225 4 reps
squat 225 8 reps (horrible knees)
Intended goal: gain 5-7lbs of muscle and lose an inch on my waist.
How would I go about my diet and dosage for this goal. I was thinking of starting keeping my diet around 2500 calories and 50 mg for the first 3-4 weeks to build the muscle (4-5lbs) and then the next 4 weeks of cutting. Around 1400-1600 calories, increase my dosage to 100mg with the goal of maintaining muscle and cutting. I am mostly a novice when it comes to this so any help would be great. Should I increase the dosage to 100 or just keep it at 75 for the entire cycle. How would I maximize my 8 week cycle while keeping my goals in mind?
