Hi all. I'm 13 and I live in England. I'm not sure if I'm skinny.. I'm 5'11 and I weigh around 140 pounds... I have small shoulders and I want to know good exercises for those. Also what exercises would stunt my growth as I'm only 13.. and is it ok to work with 5kg dumbells to gain muscle.. or should I use something heavier and more difficult. Thanks in advance.

Im new to bodybuilding as well, So Im still kind of lax on BB knowledge myself.

About being 13.. in my opinion you should be OK with bodybuilding; Generally you live alot healthier if you're trying keep up with optimum muscle growth. High vitamin rate, inhaling protien ect. :) One possible problem could be weak bones- Im not sure how developed bones are at 13; but taking into account that you're 5'11 as well, there could be some other factors.

I would say to repost your questions in the Training forums; alot more people will see them there.
