Hi. I've really started lifting a lot latley and thought I would join to see if I can talk to some like-minded and more knowlegable people. I went from 280 last year and now I'm about 185, but would like to put more weight back on, but muscle weight. I've done fairly well with excersise and changing my eating habits, but think I may need some more advice about my routine. Right now I'm doing.
Sunday: Arms, shoulders.
Monday:
Moring, crunches
Night, leg press, 1 hour of cardio
Tuesday
Morning, pushups
Night, arms, shoulders, legs, 1 hour of cardio
and repeat until Sunday with 2 hours of cardio on Saturdays, and no lifting.
