Hi everyone. Just joined the forum.
So, abit about me.
Names Tom, 19, male, 5ft 9, 109kg. Fat with muscular frame, looking to drop to about 90kg long term then see where to go from there. Have trained on & off for the last 3 years but only now have just got into training regularly to a routine.
