G'day all!
looking to turn my average bod into something to be proud of!!
I have been training for 3 weeks now & starting to feel & see some results.
I am taking 5gram creatine daily along with whey shakes after each workout plus uping my protein intake to 150 grams daily.
my workout is:
Monday..
3sets of 5 reps negative pull ups (too weak to do properly)
3sets of 10 reps seated shoulder press
3sets of 10 reps lateral raise
----""----------front raise
-----""---------rev fly

thurs
3sets of 5 reps negative pull ups
3sets of 10 reps concentrated bicep curl
------"-------- hamer curl

I need to add chest & leg routines too.

my question is...does anyone have a routine that covers the major muscle groups, working only each one a week?
