Hello Everyone, first before I divulge in my question, I want to pre thank you for helping me.

My wife as you know from some of my posts, and question here has Cervical cancer, and I asked about the use of Anavar to help increase her red blood cell count and hemoglobin, as well as help preserve some muslce. And let me tell you 10mg for her every day has been a god send, even through treatments and surgeries, her rbc's are great as well as her hemogolbon, and her energy level has improved.

My next question is this, Recently she found a very painful lump in her left breast, we did get it check out, and they said it was not cancerous, and most liley some kind of fatty deposit or beninine tumor.. this lump causes her very much pain and discomfort in her breast, and I was thinking of giving her some Letrozole for a week to see if we can negate the lump and ease her pain.

She is already considered menopausal / Pre menopausal, becasue of the lack of ovary and depo shot, so as for her current estrogen levels im not sure. I know this will further lower her estrogen levels, could this be a cause for concern? and since she is on Depo and only has 1 ovary will her estrogen come back up after being killed by the Letrozole?. Also what dosage would you recommend?

I know for men estrogen rebound can be a concern, so I plan to do the same for her and taper down before she comes off.

Thank you for your time.

OSL

My wife as you know is an RN and said nolva would be a better option as she may not rebound from letrozole. And yes, 20mg a day would be recommended.

She couldn't offer much more detail as she isn't more familiar with patient history.
