Anyone done the Isogenix cleanse

man i tried this to try and clean me out and it was so hard i gave up 2 days into it.

anyone know of any easier body cleanses that actually work? or do i just need to man up and do it?

Cleanse

I've tried this cleanse and it was harder than hell for the first 4 days or so. When I say hard I mean it felt like I had the flu. I would say tough it out, in my experience I felt better after two weeks.
