No delivery so far so I've tried to PM GXR 64 but got no response.

I've raised a ticket with the site direct so let's see how this goes.

UPDATE: 8 weeks from "shipped" status, no delivery, no letter from customs saying it has been seized.

So it's coming up to 12 weeks from "SHIPPED" status on the website and no delivery - no letter from customs either.

I have PM'd GSXR64 twice but have had no response (except to the first one saying he'd look into it, but then nothing). Have also raised a ticket on the website - but have had no response to that either.

^Sorry to hear brother! Mine is taking awhile too. The crazy thing is that it has been in the states for almost a month and has apparently cleared customs but has yet to get to me. I opened a ticket and was basically told "can't control the mail". I had a similar issue happen like this years ago with a different sponsor. It had been two months since ship date. No customs letters or anything. Just held up up in mail. Well they sent me another pack after their rep/tech looked into it and proved it was "held up". I only ordered from Naps(1st time order) because they are the only ones that had what I wanted. If my situation turns into your situation and no compenstation has been made then it will be my first and last order with Naps.
